Danielle Friedman is an attorney with McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse and Ryan P.C. in the Trusts and Estates department and she specializes in estate planning and estate administration as well as business succession planning.
Prior to joining McAndrews Law Offices, Ms. Friedman worked for a boutique firm specializing in the areas of estate planning and estate administration as well as business succession planning. Ms. Friedman has significant experience with federal estate and gift tax planning. She also assisted clients with a variety of business transactions.
Previously, Ms. Friedman worked in the Philadelphia taxicab industry as an attorney representing taxicab medallion owners and drivers, and overseeing regulatory matters and transactions with the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
During law school, Ms. Friedman completed an internship with the then Administrative Judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Hon. D. Webster Keogh. She was also a staff editor on the Temple Journal of International and Comparative Law and in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.
