



Jennifer P. Grobe
Associate Attorney
Jennifer Grobe is an associate attorney at McAndrews Law Offices where she concentrates her practice on special education and civil rights. She represents families and educational decision makers in a variety of disputes involving school-related issues, including special education eligibility and assessment, programming and placement, tuition reimbursement, discipline, bullying, and discrimination.
While in college, Jenn earned a bachelor of specialized studies with a concentration in special education and disabilities studies. She subsequently graduated from George Washington University Law School, where she received awards for pro bono and volunteer work.
Jenn’s past experience includes serving in the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division; the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights; and the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia. Additionally, she clerked for the Honorable Mark D. Buckworth at the New Castle County Family Court in Delaware.
Jenn has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star for four years consecutively. She was an Education Policy Fellow with the Pennsylvania Institute of Educational Leadership. She currently serves on the board of directors for LiveUp Programs and Bournelyf Special Camp. She has lived in Philadelphia for 10+ years.
