Jessica L. Wilson

Jessica L. Wilson is an attorney with McAndrews Law Offices, P.C. in the Trusts and Estates department and she specializes in estate planning, estate administration, special needs trusts and guardianships.

Prior to joining McAndrews Law Offices, P.C. Ms. Wilson worked for a boutique firm specializing in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Wilson has significant experience in resolving complex probate issues. She was also an approved attorney with a national title insurance company and assisted clients on a variety of real estate matters.

After law school, Ms. Wilson worked for a small general practice firm where she gained civil litigation experience and practiced primarily in the areas of family law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate.

During law school, Ms. Wilson completed an externship with the Ohio Attorney General’s Toledo Regional Office. She assisted in the Unemployment Services Unit of the Health and Human Services Section drafting administrative appeal briefs, as well as assisting the Civil Rights Section. Ms. Wilson also served as a certified legal intern at the Berks County District Attorney’s Office.
