



Kelly C. Hayes
Associate Attorney
Kelly C. Hayes is an attorney in our Estates and Trusts Department in the Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. She specializes in Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration.
Kelly works closely with her clients to create estate planning documents tailored to their individual needs. Her estate planning services include drafting Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives, as well as preparing trust documents necessary to preserve family wealth and minimize tax consequences. She also guides families through the estate administration process after the loss of a loved one. Her estate administration practice includes all aspects of probate matters including intestacy proceedings, probate of Wills, preparation and filing of Federal, Pennsylvania and New Jersey inheritance and estate tax returns, preparation of formal and informal estate accountings, and the final distribution of estate assets to the beneficiaries and heirs of the estate. Kelly is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and appears in the Orphans’ Court of numerous counties in the Philadelphia Area.
Prior to joining McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse and Ryan P.C., Kelly worked at a small firm specializing in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She has also worked in general practice gaining experience in the areas of Real Estate and Zoning Law, Non-profit Law, Municipal Law and Personal Injury.
Kelly received a B.A. from Villanova University and J.D. from Widener University School of law, where she achieved Dean’s List Honors. While in law school, Kelly earned Certificates of Achievement for receiving the highest grade in Federal Estate and Gift Tax, Estate Planning and Insurance Law.
Today, Kelly lives in Delaware County with her husband, two children and eccentric dog.
