On Thursday, July 21^st, 2016, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) will host a live webcast titled “SNAPSHOTS OF SPECIAL EDUCATION: An Intermediate level program focusing on four critical areas in special education law”. Michael Connolly, Esq. and Heather Hulse, JD, MS, MA, both shareholders at McAndrews Law Offices, will serve as expert faculty. Mr. Connolly will present on Divorced Parents and the IDEA—from evaluations and IEPs, to field trips and school events and Ms. Hulse will discuss Cyberbullying and students with disabilities: Recent case law and real life case studies.
