Elisabeth Bissell-Parks, M.Ed.

Educational Legal Assistant

Elisabeth Bissell-Parks has been with McAndrews Law Offices since 2014 as an Educational Legal Assistant in the Special Education department of our Berwyn Office. Before joining MLO, she spent over two decades working with children of all ages with behavioral challenges in special education settings in both the private and public education sectors throughout Montgomery County, PA. She previously worked at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth for over 15 years as an Alternative Education Program Director, where she received Model Program recognition from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Her extensive experience in working with children and families includes volunteer work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Youth Advocate Program, and Girl Scouts of America. She holds her Bachelor’s and Masters’ degrees from Temple University. Outside of work, Elisabeth spends most of her time with her family and her dog and loves to travel anywhere warm and near an ocean.
