Estate and Trusts Paralegal 

Dawna McHale has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, primarily in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and handling Orphans’ Court matters. She also possesses a unique background in adoption and child welfare law.   Dawna works primarily as McAndrews Law Offices’ estate administration paralegal where she works closely with clients from initial contact and probate to the process of closing of an estate.  Her extensive experience and knowledge of preparing and filing federal estate and state inheritance tax returns is pivotal when skillfully assisting our clients through the estate process. Dawna graduated from Lackawanna College, she received her Paralegal Certification from the American Institute of Paralegals, and studied law at Marywood University.
