Michele Ford has worked as an advocate for children with disabilities at the local and state levels.  Ms. Ford is actively engaged with The Pennsylvania State Education Association, is a Berks County Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) Advisory Committee member, facilitates the efforts at the Berks County SPELL support group, and is currently working with the Berks County Sheriff’s department and the Berks County Office Of Mental Health And Developmental Disabilities program to bring Project Lifesaver to Berks County. She is a past Autism Society of Berks board member, a Pennsylvania Autism Task force subcommittee member and a Health Choice Advisory Committee member.  Ms. Ford is a dedicated community volunteer.  She has been with McAndrews Law Offices, P.C. since 2009 and has extensive experience in special education.
