Jennifer Simons

Associate Attorney

Jennifer L. Simons is an associate attorney with McAndrews Law Offices. Ms. Simons worked at McAndrews Law Offices all during law school in our Estate Planning Department. Her areas of practice include estate planning, special needs trusts, elder law, guardianship and estate administration.

During law school Ms. Simons earned a Certificate of Achievement in Selected Topics in Food and Drug Law for achieving the highest grade in her class, she also earned a Certificate of Achievement in her Legal Writing class for earning the highest grade in the class, and achieved Dean’s List Honors.

Prior to entering law school, Jennifer had a successful and award-winning career for over a decade in the business community, working for national companies in major positions involving commercial analytics and coordinating multiple activities in sales, marketing, and management. As a result of this extensive business experience, and Jennifer’s work during her four years of law school supporting our Estates and Trusts Department, she brings a wealth of experience, judgment, and compassion to the clients she serves.

Jennifer regularly provides seminars to fellow professionals and advocacy groups on estate planning issues, and her work has been published in the leading journal for Pennsylvania attorneys.

Ms. Simons attended Philadelphia University to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree and she resides in Montgomery County.
