On Wednesday, February 28th, McAndrews Law Offices and Surrey Services hosted over 110 people for a sold-out evening filled with delicious food and cocktails and a presentation that could only be told by McAndrews Law Offices’ attorneys, Dennis McAndrews, Esq. and Joseph McGettigan, Esq. The two men co-prosecuted multi-millionaire, John E. duPont, in 1996-1997 for the murder of Olympic gold medal wrestler and friend, David Schultz, on his property at the Foxcatcher estate in Newtown Square in Delaware County, Pa. Mr. McGettigan and Mr. McAndrews presented information, facts, and stories that are not widely known while providing a timeline starting with before the murder and ending with the impact that it still has on many people today, including the film and upcoming documentary created by Nancy Schultz. The documentary will serve as a tribute to her late husband, Dave. FOXCATCHER is up for several Academy Awards and stars Steve Carell, Channing Tatum, Mark Ruffalo, and Sienna Miller.
