PATTAN in King of Prussia recently held a program regarding Transition Planning – from school to adulthood. The program included some excellent materials which set out the perspectives of the Pennsylvania Department of Education on this issue, as well as checklists and materials which can be very useful for for parents when examining their children’s transition activities.
