February 29th, 2015:The Emmy® award winning show The American Law Journal and The Legal Intelligencer recently teamed up for a special program called The People vs. Bill Cosby: The Politics of the Prosecution. The episode explored the trials of OJ Simpson, Steven Avery, and most recently – the case against Bill Cosby. Dennis McAndrews, Esq. and Joseph McGettigan, Esq., both with McAndrews Law Offices, worked side by side on the prosecution team for the 1996-1997 trial of multimillionaire & murderer, John duPont, who shot and killed friend and Olympic Gold Medal Wrestler, David Schultz. Mr. McGettigan was also the lead prosecutor in the trial of serial child sex-abuser, Jerry Sandusky. Being that both Joe and Dennis have extensive background prosecuting high-profile cases, they were interviewed by The Legal Intelligencer and Christopher Naughton, Esq. with The American Law Journal for this special program which aired on Monday evening at 7:00PM on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV.
