ABOUT THE WEBINAR: This presentation will focus on the requirements of school districts and charter schools to provide a free appropriate public education. Attendees will learn the requirements of completing sufficient educational evaluations, how to obtain independent educational evaluations, the components of an appropriate Individualized Education Plan, and components of Positive Behavior Support that is required to address behavioral needs.
