February 22nd, 2016: Joseph McGettigan, Esq. of McAndrews Law Offices was a guest speaker this week on The American Law Journal. This Emmy Award-winning TV program has aired on the Philadelphia CNN News affiliate since 1990 and was filmed at the WFMZ-TV studios in Allentown, PA. The topic of Monday night’s show was Prosecuting Cosby – What the Trial Will Reveal. Executive Producer Christopher Naughton, Esq. held the on-air interview with Joe and three other guests including Lizzy McLellan (reporter with The Legal Intelligencer), John Moganelli (District Attorney of Northampton County) and Steven Fairlie (with Fairlie & Lippy PC). With so many different pieces involved in the case against Bill Cosby, the guest speakers examined the current legal issues and processes that are occurring on a daily basis and helped to clarify several of the difficult questions that many are asking.
