Coatesville Citizens Who SEE is a grassroots, community volunteer advocacy group this is designed to provide free educational advocacy for families residing in the Coatesville Area School District. We focus on supporting students with special education, ESL and mental health needs. We work collaboratively with other child serving agencies such as Child Guidance Resource Center. We support students and families with IEP’s and 504’s and we work to ensure the district is adhering to the documented program
