The MLO Minute: “We Give Free Seminars – Just Ask!”

Over the past several decades of our firm’s existence, we have provided thousands of free seminars for every type of group and organization imaginable. During the pandemic, most of our programs were provided virtually, and while we continue to offer these programs when requested, we are also again fully engaged in offering in-person seminars and programs for groups and organizations.

Our team offers a wide range of programs at no cost in our areas of expertise, including (but not limited to):

• Special Education,

• Estate Planning,

• Estate Administration,

• Abuse,

• School Injuries and bullying issues,

• Transition Planning,

• Elder Law,

• Title IX,

• and many others.

We also provide special education clinics to review Individualized Education Plans, Evaluation Reports, and other relevant documents as a preliminary step to assisting families with their children. Our firm also offers Estate Planning/Estate Administration clinics to provide individuals with an overview of their personal situation to determine whether new or updated estate planning documents are necessary, and to properly plan estate administration proceedings.

Almost every type of program in the areas of our specializations of estate planning/administration, special education, school discipline, and college misconduct matters have been provided by our attorneys within the past few years, and as a result, one of our experienced attorneys can often present an outstanding program on even short notice. Of course, we are also happy to plan weeks or months in advance to assist your group or organization in filling your calendar with our appropriate, timely, and highly professional programs.
