In 2014, as part of a major renovation of our Berwyn office, McAndrews Law Offices built a courtroom in our expanded facility to fulfill a number of purposes. In addition to using this courtroom for our internal litigation and training needs, we are proud to offer the courtroom to outside agencies for mock trial and appellate arguments as well as other litigation uses.
The courtroom is provided free of charge to local high schools, universities and law schools whose student advocacy teams seek a venue for practice sessions to prepare for mock trial and appellate proceedings. Since its inception, a number of local educational institutions have used our courtroom, including one local championship team which continued on to win the state championships.
We also offer our courtroom to lawyers who seek a realistic courtroom venue to conduct mock trials, work with focus groups, prepare witnesses for trial, utilize shadow juries, or prepare for appellate oral arguments before three-judge panels.
