After a hung jury in June 2017, comedian and actor Bill Cosby was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault this past spring in his retrial. He is currently on house arrest in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and awaiting sentencing set for September 24th and 25th. This past week, a Pennsylvania state board conducted an assessment and determined that Cosby is a sexually violent predator.
