The Legal Intelligencer welcomes McAndrews Law Offices’ new special education attorney, Kim Caputo!

The Legal Intelligencer: McAndrews Law Offices added Kimberly Caputo to its special education team.

Caputo joins the firm after having served over 25 years in the Office of General Counsel for the Philadelphia School District.

She has handled all aspects of administrative due process involving students with disabilities unde+r IDEA and Section 504.

She has also handled hundreds of matters involving identification, early intervention transition programming, related services, discipline, placement (private tuition and residential), and transition services.

Caputo has developed and provided ­training opportunities on IDEA and Section 504 issues and developments in the law to audiences ranging from educators, ­administrators to students, parents and attorneys.
