SPELL: Supporting Parents of Exceptional Learners for Life is a support group for parents of special education students in Reading and throughout Berks County. SPELL is operated under the guidance of local advocates Michele Ford and Elizabeth Hemmings. SPELL was created to help parents gain information, resources and support while assisting them in their journey of parenting exceptional children.
