BERWYN, PA, May, 2025: Our legal family is delighted to announce that Jacqueline Lembeck, Esq., has been named a shareholder of the firm by the unanimous vote of all shareholders. Jacki has gained the respect and affection of everyone in our firm and is known for her competence, skill, and collaboration throughout the legal community. Her new status with our firm reflects her outstanding work and commitment to the clients we serve.
Jacki has been our lead South Central Pennsylvania attorney in our Special Education Department where she provides thoughtful advice and representation to families of students with disabilities regarding all aspects of special education evaluation, identification, programming, placement and procedure. Her extensive experience representing both parents and school districts has been pivotal in understanding the legal challenges of our clients. Jacki earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where she graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
