Tip #3 for Developing an Appropriate IEP
GOALS
Watch Michael Connolly, Esq. discuss the third rule in developing an appropriate IEP (Individualized Education Program). The third rule, or “Tip”, is to identify goals for each area in which the child needs Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) or Related Services. The goals must identify a specific, measurable result for the child to achieve at the end of the IEP period (with the assistance of the educational team).
Mr. Connolly is a shareholder at McAndrews Law Offices, where, with over sixteen year of experience, he represents parents of children with special needs in a variety of education matters at administrative hearings and state and federal court.
