Our Special Education Department presents this free virtual IEP clinic to assist families in coping with the current health/school crisis, while planning for next steps in the weeks and months to follow. The presentation is provided by Dennis McAndrews, Esq. and our Supervising Partner of Special Education, Michael Connolly, Esq., who speak on key special education issues in general, as well as specifically on navigating the extraordinary current crisis in public health and education.
During this pandemic, we continue to provide free consultations in all special education cases for families who are concerned about their current — and future — special education needs of their children. Student records can be emailed or mailed to us, and if a parent has limited records for any reason, we can work with whatever records can be provided, with the most current IEP and evaluations being the most critical and helpful to allow us to assist you.
