Soon after Bill Cosby’s mistrial in June, Judge Steven O’Neill announced that his next trial will begin on November 6th, 2017. This past week, Cosby’s attorney, Brian McMonagle, requested to step down from the case. With decades of experience prosecuting intricate and high-profile cases, Joseph McGettigan of McAndrews Law Offices, P.C. recently spoke with Jon Hurdle, writer for The New York Times, to lend his experienced opinion regarding Mr. McMonagle’s recent request.
