After two trials and sentencing, Bill Cosby faces 3-10 years
This week, comedian and actor Bill Cosby was sentenced to 3-10 years in prison. His punishment includes the cost of the prosecution and $25,000 in fines. After a hung jury in June of 2017, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent sexual assault at the 2018 re-trial. Dennis McAndrews, Esq., founder of McAndrews Law, served as a legal analyst for both trials and the sentencing, working with many major news outlets in an effort to help the public better understand what took place inside the courthouse.
