For 21 consecutive years, Dennis McAndrews has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for his consistent and successful professional achievements, which accompanies his frequent high ratings in professional and law firm surveys. Dennis is the founder of McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse and Ryan, P. C. which has developed a national reputation in the fields of special education, school-related injuries, estate planning, estate administration, and specialized trust matters.
Michael Connolly has also been named a 2024 Super Lawyer, highlighting his unwavering dedication to representing children with disabilities and their families. Michael is the Supervising Partner of The Special Education Department of McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse and Ryan P.C. With over twenty-five years of legal experience, he represents children with special needs and their families in a variety of educational matters at administrative hearings and in state and federal court. He assists parents in disputes involving their public school or charter school regarding issues such as eligibility and identification, programming and placement, tuition reimbursement, discipline, bullying, discrimination, injuries and more.
Rachel Rosenberg has been named a 2024 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Rachel is an exceptionally talented attorney in our Special Education Department. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has extensive experience working with children and families and advocating for their legal and educational needs. Our firm is thrilled to work with such a compassionate attorney whose focus is to improve the lives of the clients that we serve every day.
Jennifer L. Simons has also been named a 2024 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Jennifer is an outstanding and highly skilled attorney in The Estates and Trusts Department of McAndrews Law Offices. Jennifer worked for our firm all throughout law school while receiving her Juris Doctor degree at Widener University Delaware Law School. Jennifer handles the full range of matters involving estates, wills, trusts, special needs, elder law, and guardianships, and is well respected for her compassionate and skilled representation of clients.
