The MLO Minute: “McAndrews Law Salutes VUnited Scholars and Main Line TV!” 

The VUnited Scholars Program is a two year residential certificate program offered through Villanova’s College of Professional Studies. This program serves young adults with intellectual disabilities and merges the four elements of academic knowledge, social and psychological development, independent living skills, and career and vocational skills.

Pursuing this program in a valued-centered, residential environment provides a meaningful and unique college experience. The program allows exploration and realization of learning potential and maximizing personal growth, while preparing for future, meaningful employment.

McAndrews Law members — Michael Connolly, Esq., and Allyson McAndrews Washo, M.Ed. — recently hosted John Ricciutti and Jill Mernick Frechie with Main Line TV to allow one of these scholars to interview Mike and Ally in our law firm’s unique mock trial courtroom. John teaches at Villanova and has been a magnificent supporter of the Scholars program, and produced the following wonderful 5 minute video of these interviews which we hope you can take a few moments to watch. It is delightful and inspirational!
