Dennis McAndrews will be a featured speaker at the Delaware County Bar Association’s Community Outreach Committee’s Legal V-Event titled “Education Law During the COVID Pandemic – An Update!“

MORE: This free virtual program will feature not only Mr. McAndrews, but several other experienced education law professionals.The Legal Virtual Event is a free informational resource for individuals who have legal questions related to COVID-19. Attorneys who staff this V-event presentation will offer legal information or identify potential resources to assist registrants. By providing these services through a virtual program, registrants can secure basic information and foundational guidance without having to leave home. The DCBA Community Outreach Committee’s fourth in a series of programs features Education Law concerns and addresses critical concerns arising from the COVID-19 crisis. This V-Event will focus primarily on issues such as: safe-school reopening (in-person instruction v. virtual education); special education and supportive services (including addressing children’s anxiety and pandemic-related behavior); and, many other challenges facing educators during the pandemic and beyond.
