Trusted Contacts for Elderly Individuals

A critical area of our Estate Planning practice involves working with elderly citizens, as well as families that care about/for these individuals. This unique area of the law has come to be known as “Elder Law“, and a particularly important aspect of this practice is developing mechanisms which allow the elderly to maintain as much independence as possible, while creating protections which are necessary.
