Kaleidoscope Family Solutions proudly provides home and community-based services for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities. They have invited Jessica Wilson, Esq. and Jennifer Simons, Esq. of McAndrews Law Offices’ Estate and Trusts Department to come to their monthly Bryn Mawr Family Support Group Meeting! A step-by-step overview of the guardianship process will be provided along with a discussion of Powers of Attorney, and the situations when each would be appropriate planning options. Special Needs Trusts will also be discussed, including when they should be considered as part of an individual’s estate plan.
